Author Biography

Jeff Lenburg is an award-winning author of 30 books, including several bestselling celebrity biographies. His previous books include The Encyclopedia of Animated Cartoons and The Facts on File Guide to Research. He and his brother Greg cowrote Joe Besser’s memoir Once a Stooge, Always a Stooge. He lives in Goodyear, Arizona. Joan Howard Maurer is the daughter of Three Stooges founder Moe Howard and the author of Curly: An Illustrated Biography of the Superstooge and two editions of The Three Stooges Book of Scripts. She lives in Los Angeles. Greg Lenburg and his twin brother Jeff are the world’s foremost authorities on the Three Stooges and longtime friends of Stooges Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Joe Besser, and Joe DeRita. He lives in Plymouth, Indiana.
